Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. tk3666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tk3666 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All funds deposited must be your own and must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. tk3666 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts where third-party funding is identified.
To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit since your last withdrawal, unless otherwise specified.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account. Limits may vary based on your Account status and verification level.

tk3666 does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own service charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by third-party financial institutions involved in processing your withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by tk3666 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional period specified; unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings at the expiry of the promotional period.
tk3666 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using software or tools to systematically exploit bonus structures; and coordinating with other Players to abuse referral or deposit match programmes. All bets placed on the Platform are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and other parameters before confirming. tk3666 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in circumstances set out in these Terms.
tk3666 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed specified limits, bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not offered, or bets placed where technical errors affected the odds displayed.
Where odds are displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure that results in a clearly incorrect price (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), tk3666 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. tk3666 will endeavour to identify and correct palpable errors promptly. Winnings resulting from obviously incorrect odds will not be paid.
If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. Specific rules for particular sports and tournaments are published in the sport-specific rules section of the Platform.
tk3666 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day, which are displayed within the betting interface. tk3666 will not pay winnings exceeding these limits irrespective of the odds or stake applied.
The rules governing each casino game — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and speciality games such as Dragon Fishing 2 and Triple — are determined by the relevant Game Provider and are available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during an active game round, tk3666 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round will be voided and the round stake returned to the Player's Account. tk3666 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues, including mobile data interruptions, browser crashes, or device failures.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from Game Provider studios. Game results in live dealer environments are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette ball landing) and are not subject to RNG. Any dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome must be raised with support within 24 hours of the game session, with reference to the game round ID.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

These Terms and Conditions are issued in English, which is the sole governing and authoritative language version. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect in the event of inconsistency with the English version.
